This long wooden holder is one of my favorite finds! The guy I bought it from said it was from an old hardware store holding nuts and buts. You can still see the measurements on the front. I have re-purposed it to hold all the essentials needed to price my wares....tags, safety pins, tape, postie notes, etc... So functional!
Sorry, photo is a little dark!
Another idea I recently came up with. I took an old canning jar holder (that is usually found in an enamelware canning pot), added some clear jars and office supplies.
Lucky find! This white toolbox is great for organization! The galvanized tin holder on top was a yard sale find.....three of them for $5 each!
Cute story here.....this dealer that I know bought a huge lot of old egg baskets. He is selling them for the bargain price of $8 each! However, they all are painted yellow. Not one of my favorite colors, so next thing I know, he's bringing me this rusted one. Turns out, he just burnt it up in his firepit for me! Now it's the perfect patina and holds my collection of old LGB's.

Just bought these drawers last week at Urban Farmhouse. Once I figure out what will be stored inside, I'll have to make some labels.
And, of course, a little piece of ironstone! No room in my house goes without ironstone! We've used this front room of ours as a "formal" living room since we moved in six years ago. Needless to say, "formal" living room meant wasted space! There is nothing about our lives that is formal! And, it has always bothered me to have a beautiful room that I never went into. So, after much consideration, we removed the typical sofa and coffee table, and created a little office/pricing area for me to use. This way I don't have to lug all my finds down to the basement to be cleaned and tagged, and I don't have to set up my laptop in the garage either! Now, the challenge will be to keep it clean and organized!
